Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Compliance with the Obligation to Inform ("Communiqué"), this Information Statement aims to inform you about your personal data processed by Kuzey Star ("Kuzey Star" or the "Company") as the data controller, with the purpose of protecting personal data.
1-PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
In the context of your relationship with Kuzey Star, the following personal data is processed: identity information (name, surname, parent names, ID card, TCKN, nationality, marital status, date/place of birth, tax ID number, driver's license, passport number), contact information (home/work address, email, mobile phone, residence, registered email address -KEP), customer transaction information (complaint and request information, invoice, promissory note, check details, order information), transaction security information (IP address), bank account data (bank account number, invoice/debt information, IBAN number, credit card number), data related to the security of company premises (CCTV records), work/professional and education data (occupation, school graduated from, training for profession, certificates, resume), and sensitive personal data (health data).
2-PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data obtained within the scope of your relationship with Kuzey Star is processed for the following purposes:
-Conducting the production and operational processes of goods/services,
-Conducting the sales processes of goods/services,
-Organizing and managing events, social responsibility, and civil society activities,
-Tracking requests and complaints conveyed through the website and social media platforms, conducting activities for customer satisfaction,
-Project presentation,
-Conducting advertising/campaign/promotion processes along with marketing and analysis processes,
-Conducting training activities,
-Management of energy identity certificate requests and processes,
-Conducting communication activities,
-Carrying out contract processes,
-Carrying out post-sales support services for goods/services and financial and accounting operations,
-Ensuring information security and physical space security,
-Bringing together the skilled worker and the final consumer,
-Recording and managing applications for loyalty programs for skilled workers and customers, conducting loyalty programs, and implementing loyalty program point applications,

3-TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred to official institutions and organizations, banks, domestic and foreign subsidiaries of our group companies, business partners, suppliers, and authorized persons within the scope of the purposes stated in Article 2 of this Information Statement, in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK regarding the transfer and international transfer of personal data.
4-METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASES
Your personal data is collected through various means such as internet sites, various contracts, mobile applications, email, application forms, verbal, written, or electronic communication channels with Kuzey Star, and from third parties and legal authorities during the establishment and continuation of legal relations with our Company. The collected personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5, 6, and 8 of the KVKK and the legitimacy grounds specified below.

-Being compulsory for the data controller's legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5-RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

-Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
-Knowing third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
-Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
-Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
-In case personal data is corrected, deleted, or destroyed, requesting notification of these processes to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
-Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems,
