In our Shipbuilding and Ship Repair activities, we aim to manage all our processes with common sense, technical infrastructure, and international standards, by adopting the needs and expectations of the relevant parties and customer satisfaction,

By constantly reviewing our perspective within the scope of Quality, Environment, and Occupational Safety management systems, and opportunities arising from risks,

To make continuous improvements in all our activities, to provide our customers with the highest quality information and technical support in accordance with labor laws and legal requirements,

To work in accordance with international competition conditions, by making reasonable price policy and ethical compliance understanding a work discipline in all employees,

Within the scope of environmental sustainability; in order to transfer natural resources to future generations and to ensure their continuity, to use resources consciously, to protect biological diversity,

To waste that may arise from our business processes, according to the waste management hierarchy; To prevent waste at its source, to reuse waste materials, to recycle, to ensure sustainability in terms of both the environment and economy by evaluating wastes that cannot be recycled,

To demonstrate a successful performance with continuous improvement by fulfilling the requirements of legal and other conditions on Occupational Safety,

To determine, prevent, reduce and eliminate the dangers that may cause work accidents and occupational diseases that our employees, contractors and visitors may be exposed to during the activities of our organization,

To maintain performance with the leadership of the top management and the participation of the employees in line with the Occupational Safety targets,

Substituting with less dangerous processes, operations, materials, or equipment as much as possible, making our periodic checks simultaneously as engineering and administrative,

To provide occupational safety training to all employees through communication channels where employees can get information about occupational safety, carry out activity controls, and continuously improve occupational safety performance,

In order to internalize our Occupational Safety management system by the employees, we undertake to organize, consult and participate in the necessary organizational activities within the scope of the legislation.
