In our Shipbuilding and Ship Repair activities, we commit to:

Managing all our processes based on the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders and customer satisfaction, by utilizing collective intelligence, technical infrastructure, and international standards,

Continuously reviewing our perspective within the scope of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety management systems, and achieving continual improvement by turning risks into opportunities,

Providing our customers with the highest level of quality in knowledge and technical support, while delivering services in full compliance with quality standards, labor laws, environmental regulations, and all applicable legal requirements,

Operating in line with international competitive conditions by implementing a reasonable pricing policy and embedding ethical compliance as a work discipline across all employees,

Ensuring environmental sustainability by using natural resources responsibly, preserving biodiversity, and safeguarding resources for future generations,

Managing waste arising from our processes in accordance with the waste management hierarchy—preventing waste at the source, promoting reuse, recycling, and recovery—to ensure environmental and economic sustainability,

Fulfilling all legal and other requirements related to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment, and maintaining strong performance through continuous improvement,

Identifying, preventing, reducing, and eliminating hazards that may cause occupational accidents and diseases for employees, contractors, and visitors during our operations,

Sustaining performance in line with Integrated Management System objectives through the leadership of top management and the participation of employees,

Substituting processes, operations, materials, or equipment with less hazardous alternatives wherever possible, and conducting periodic controls simultaneously through engineering and administrative methods,

Establishing communication channels to ensure employees have access to information on occupational health, safety, and environment; increasing awareness through training and continuously improving performance,

Organizing necessary activities in accordance with legislation to ensure that the Integrated Management System is internalized by employees, and ensuring consultation and participation,

Within the scope of combating and adapting to climate change; monitoring, measuring, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions arising from our activities; reducing our carbon footprint by increasing energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy; evaluating the physical and transition risks of climate change on our operations and developing adaptation strategies to ensure business continuity; adopting low-carbon technologies and sustainable materials and processes to minimize environmental impacts; complying with national and international climate regulations and carbon frameworks; and continuously improving by regularly monitoring and reporting our performance in line with defined targets,
